Coordinated training needs assessment and development for military contracts for all systems.

Revised, defined, and integrated logistics and support for Aquila RPV, Space Shuttle, and Trident Fleet Ballistic Missile system. Efforts resulted in significant reduction in time and expense for support for all systems.

Assessed needs, developed and presented supervisory, operator, and maintenance training to military personnel for Aquila RPV; reviewed and developed new operator procedures and handbook for Tomahawk cruise missile; made on-site assessment, review, and recommendations for revisions to the Space Shuttle program; made on-site assessment, review and revisions to logistics supportability of Trident missile systems.

Ensured contract and budgetary compliance; performed technical writing and editing


NAVAL AVIATION SERVICE
Airborne Electronic Warfare Officer (Naval Flight Officer) - Ten years

Performed National Security Agency electronic reconnaissance missions against Soviet Bloc (VQ-1); participated in evacuation of Vietnam; worked with refugees in Guam camp.

Performed EW "aggressor" roles in flight status: Mission and Event Commander (VAQ-33).

Worked on integration and support of EP-3E full fleet deployment. Provided logistics and support analysis and recommendations to the ES-3 TASES development program.

Developed NATOPS standards for operation and support of the electronic warfare systems of the Navy ERA-3B "Skywarrior" electronic countermeasures aircraft. As Senior Electronic Warfare Officer developed standardized requirements for support for the aircraft electronic warfare suite and coordinated logistics for obtaining scarce parts for the aging ERA-3B.

Designated Electronic Warfare Aircraft Model Manager for ERA-3B.

NATO and foreign military liaison; military subspecialty in EW (0046S).

Deputy Director of Navy Human Resource Management (HRM) Activity; conducted command management analysis and resulting intervention training; designated HRM Specialist/Master Instructor (HRM/Drug and Alcohol). Supervised nine HRM/Drug and Alcohol Specialists (E-6 to E-9) conducting college accredited management training course. Managed all personnel and budgetary activities.

Drug and Alcohol Counseling/Intervention; designated Drug & Alcohol Specialist
Conducted analysis, revision, and presentation of management training course for senior enlisted and junior officers and revision/facilitation of various HRM workshops; facilitated various workshops in racism/sexism/ethnic expression.
