I am 5'10" (178 cm), fit,
well-muscled and fuzzy-chested with brown hair, green eyes and a mustache.
I have done occasional photo modeling and one local TV commercial Summer
of '97.
Musical tastes - Celtic, Hootie and the Blowfish, Blues Traveler, Green
Day, Enya, The Corrs, They Might Be Giants, classical...most any kind of
music except rap and country. The background music I have selected is an
Irish tune, "Kilgarry Mountain" - which was a Heavy Metal hit
for Metallica under the cover title "Whiskey In the Jar." You
can pause it any time by using the little silver musical note to activate
a dropdown menu.
For other tunes that seem to me to reflect my moods and emotions, just
click on the descriptive phrase, and after you've heard as much as you want,
use "Back" on your browser to return here:
Feeling optimistic...
Feeling a bit goofy...
Feeling invincible...
Feeling romantic...
On being a single Dad...
The meaning of life...
Feeling moody (a rarity)...
Missing the old nomadic ways...
I sing, enjoy cooking, and sharing an evening and conversation with a
special person. I pride myself on being masculine, not "macho."
I am completely "colorblind", preferring to consider people based
on their inner strengths rather than the outer wrapping.
I am a non-smoker and light drinker. Never tried any "recreational"
drugs and don't see any reason why anyone would. I am absolutely healthy.
Over the years I moved sixty-one times and attended nine grammar schools,
four high schools and two colleges. My degree was in Psychology - which
is undoubtedly why the Navy put me in Airborne Electronic Warfare!
I am involved in Civil War reenacting as Commanding
Officer of the 37th Texas Cavalry Regiment
(Terrell's), Confederate States Army. We are unique in being the premier
historically-accurate, multiracial Confederate reenactment unit with a roster
made up of White, Black, Brown, and Red Men and Women in Gray. We share
links with the 54th Massachusetts reenactors and have the endorsement and
support of the Jackson County, Mississippi, Chapter of the NAACP. We are
proud of ALL Southerners who served in difficult times. We now have Companies
nationwide and internationally in England and the Ukraine
Professionally, I am deeply involved with the Space Cruiser®
- the first commercial civilian space travel. If the project receives full
funding and will be flying operationally by early 2003. It is just the first
step toward returning man to an aggressive space exploration program. You
can explore this on our teaser page HERE.
I am a single father to two great sons ages 14 (Rory) and 21 (Brann).
Rory is a Presidential Scholar, musician, and rising soccer and football
star (Mississippi Division II United Select soccer team in his first season),
while Brann was a high school "Who's Who" in his junior and senior
years, and is in college. Both give me hopes that I have done my job as
a single father right.
We have the company of four "furry-people" - two cream miniature
Poodles, Maggie and Peppy (whom we adopted two years ago at age 8) and two
kittens, Prissy and Chen. Christmas of 1997 we were saddened by the loss
of our 12 year-old Cocker Spaniel, Alex - a truer friend could not have
been found. |
